Our History
Élagage Monté was born from a simple idea: to offer a professional—yet deeply human—arboriculture service. No intimidating big trucks showing up without warning, no vague estimates scribbled on a scrap of paper. Just a team that knows its craft, takes the time to do things right, and loves what it does.
Today, we serve the greater Montreal area, Laval, and the South Shore, working with families, businesses, municipalities, and condominium associations alike. And every time, we keep the same promise: safety, respect for trees, and impeccable service.

A tree takes decades to grow. We don’t cut down trees just for the sake of it. When pruning is enough, we don’t cut it down. When bracing can save a large oak tree, we discuss it. Our goal: to preserve the region’s green heritage as much as possible.

We provide you with a written quote, and we stick to it. When pruning is sufficient, we don’t suggest tree removal. And if we’re unsure about the best course of action, we’ll tell you honestly rather than try to sell you something.

Our Team
Our team is made up of trained arborists and tree trimmers who are passionate about trees and proud of their craft. Many of them have been climbing trees for years and have an intimate knowledge of the tree species typical of Quebec: maples, oaks, ash trees, elms, pines, spruces, larches, lindens, and many others.

Élagage Monté is fully insured for work performed at your home or on your commercial property. Our teams use certified protective equipment and follow best practices in arboriculture. Upon request, we’ll be happy to provide you with proof of insurance before work begins.
